Let me help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals and get the body you’ve always wanted!  We all start somewhere.  Clueless about what healthy eating really is?  Intimidated by the gym, or overwhelmed with where to start?  You bring your determination and willingness to start, and I’ll bring my knowledge and tools to help you succeed!

I’m based in Fort Worth, Texas and offer limited personal training sessions in a gym, but can absolutely work with you to customize fitness and nutrition programs that will help you meet your goals!  Most clients choose to have virtual check-ins with me through email, phone, or FaceTime, but for local clients I am happy to meet with you in person.  Services are paid through a Paypal account, and I can invoice you for billing purposes.

Depending on your goals, I can work with you and design a monthly completely customized meal plan and nutritional breakdown.  For $75 a month, we’ll have weekly 15 minute check ins (or biweekly for 30 minutes if that is easier), and go over your nutrition that week, challenges, questions, and progress.  I’m happy to answer emails and texts with your questions as well.  I do require at least a 3 month commitment– it typically takes 12 weeks to really make changes in your physique and diet, so this is for your benefit.

I also offer a non-customized overview and introductory guide to clean/ healthy eating.  It covers what foods you should try to eat, what not to eat, and basic macro counting principles. Cost- one time fee of $50.
 
Add-Ons
  • 1 hour of Q&A Time Phone Call– You can pick my brain as much as you want to about fitness and nutrition.  We will schedule a meeting, face-time, or phone call and chat.  Cost– $50 per session.
  • Trip to the Grocery Store— I will meet you at a grocery store here in DFW, and together we will discuss nutrition labels, foods to avoid, healthy options, comparative analysis of foods, etc.  Cost– $100 for a 1 hour shopping trip and pre-planning consultation.
  • Customized Body Part Workout— I will design a specific workout for any lower or upper body part of your choosing.  Exercises, rep ranges, and recommended weightloads will be included.  Cost– $25 per body part.
  • Awesome Abs!—  They’re made in the kitchen, but this is a comprehensive guide to my favorite ab exercises.  Cost– $25
  • Crazy for Cardio Guide— 10 detailed 30 minute cardio workouts, with a special emphasis on HIIT training and plyometrics.  These are some of my favorite ways to torch calories and burn fat!  Cost– $35

In January of 2014, I weighed about 240 pounds and was unequivocally fat. Over the next year I lost about 40 pounds and got to a much healthier weight. During that process, I made A LOT of mistakes. Since the end of 2014, I’ve been as low as 180 pounds and I’m currently sitting at 230 (a very, very different 230, with a lot more muscle and a lot less fat than I had in 2014). So, why did I make the lifestyle changes that I made? It’s simple – I want to spend as much time with my awesome wife as I can. Ultimately, to lose weight and get healthy you need more than a short-term diet; you have to be willing to change your lifestyle (but you still get to eat the food you love!).

The first step in making a lifestyle change is figuring out your “why”. Once you find your why, I can help you with the how. I know how hard it is to lose weight and to make the changes that you need to make to be successful. If you work with me, I will help you avoid the mistakes that I made and I will teach you the simple tricks that I learned to make the process easier. I want to work with you as a person – that means that I want to know your “why” and I’ll work with you to help you enjoy the foods and activities that you already love without guilt, while still moving towards your goals.
I work with people of all fitness levels, but my favorite clients are the beginners who have made the commitment to themselves to be healthy, but need help with the process. I’m happy to offer help with diet and workout programs that you will not only stick to, but that you will enjoy.
If you want to make a lifestyle change the best way to start is with a 1 hour phone consultation for $75 during which we will discuss your goals, your favorite foods, what type of activities you enjoy and your “why”. I will then prepare a flexible meal plan and workout plan that will include meal suggestions for a week (including foods that you enjoy!) and a 3-5 day workout split, depending on your preference and goals. Going forward, we can do monthly check-ins with updated workouts and meal suggestions for $75 per month.

  • In Person Personal Training: For $35 per/session, I will provide in-person personal training sessions at Fort Worth Field House in Fort Worth, Texas. Our sessions will be geared towards your fitness level and will focus on one body part or whole body, depending on your goals, ability, and needs.
